The solution: Automatically add shipping price and surcharges with API integration
With an API integration from their ERP system to Calculator in FreightSolution, JP Group can now automatically look up the freight price for each shipment.
When the freight price is received via the API, freight surcharges are automatically added to the order. This ensures that JP Group invoices the correct freight rate and minimises invoicing errors.
