F\u00f8r VOLA begyndte med Invoice Audit<\/a> blev fragtfakturaer h\u00e5ndteret som mange andre virksomheder g\u00f8r det – de blev skimmet igennem og der blev lavet stikpr\u00f8vekontroller. Hvis ikke det p\u00e5viste nogen \u00e5benlyse fejl, s\u00e5 blev fakturaen efterf\u00f8lgende godkendt.<\/p>

“Med Invoice Audit har vi f\u00e5et en 100% kontrol af fragtfakturaerne, som vi ikke havde f\u00f8r”, siger Thomas Winther J\u00f8rgensen, Supply Chain Developer hos VOLA.<\/p>

Forskellen er markant. Hvor VOLA tidligere kun kunne tjekke udvalgte fakturaer og h\u00e5be, at de repr\u00e6senterede helheden, f\u00e5r de nu automatisk kontrolleret hver eneste faktura mod deres fragtaftaler.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Resultatet af implementeringen har oversteget VOLAs forventninger. “Vi bruger langt mindre tid og f\u00e5r samtidig lavet en total kontrol af vores sendinger”, siger Thomas, som er begejstret for det overblik, platformen har givet VOLA.<\/p>

De har opn\u00e5et fuld indsigt i gebyrer og till\u00e6g hos deres transport\u00f8rer – information der tidligere var sv\u00e6r at f\u00e5 systematisk overblik over. Med det \u00f8gede datagrundlag er VOLA nu bedre stillet, n\u00e5r der skal forhandles med transport\u00f8rerne.<\/p>
